How to effectively divorce a wife from other country

I need to know.
If a indian citizen is married to a women whoi is a srilankan citizen (without registration) and that lady get seperated from that indian citizen and not in touch for the past 35 years . now that man want to marry another girl .
now i need to know whether the sepeartion of more than 32 years is recognized as invalid marriage? in indian act?

Though it is a legal ground for separation or taking divorce, however, the marriage won't be considered void. You can dissolve the marriage by taking divorce .

Was that marriage registered or done as per the tradition? secondly when she is not heard of since last 35 years then have you got the FIR lodged for the missing person? if yes then you can go ahead to marry the other woman.
