Divorce under Hindu Marriage act 13(1)(ia) Divorce under Hindu Marriage act 13(1)(ia)

I had applied for divorce, my spouse(wife) not ready to agree..
The marriage solemnized on 26April2019 and till date I didn't had any physical relationship (sex) with her, as she wasn't interested, due to fact I went through multiple psychological changes and I scolded her badly but didn't went for any kind of Physical haradsment
Now that she had recorded my scolding, she with her family threatning me.
The marriage is complately non consummated, and they made this one as their business to get money in the form of alimony.
My queries are
1. Does the comments, taunts, scoldings conducted after 2years of no sex will hold to get me behind bars or extend my divorce case
2. Some where I heard no alimony in case thr marriage is not consummated. Void I may need to prove my potency if they put objection on my potency.
So I am not that economically good to give alimony to her, Is it true that there is no alimony if we prove marriage is not consummated

A.Dear Client

In various instances denial of sex by one spouse can amount to mental cruelty and can be a ground for filing divorce as per The Hindu Marriage Act,1955.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.
