A.You may issue a legal notice to your husband to make monthly payment for your child of particular amount as per what you deem correct and if he does reply or comply with the terms of the legal notice in 15 days of receipt of the notice you may file a case under section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 in the family Court of your concerned jurisdictional area you reside.
