my sister having pregnancy issue from first but we not said .. she will get pregnancy through Donor IVF we accept to do that but we said not to tell anyone except our family but he blackmailing i will say to all and else ..and he also poking my brother life saying his wife he having affairs and now he started blaming me that i have affairs. at time of marriage we given 35 Tula Of Gold and 3 Lakhs Cash and Bike we strongly decided not to have these kind person ..if we file divorce should we get all accessories which we kept at the time of marriage ...what step would we need to take if he refuse to give divorce
