Divorce - due to violent and careless behavior of my husband

Sir, due to violent and careless behaviour of my husband wr got divorce in 2016.After my divorce in the dec2016 I gave birth to my son. After that my husband apologized and brought me back to his life. I also came back for the sake of my son. Still then he is not changed. I am a working lady. He also works. But he did not take care of us. I spent all my salary for house management. He didn't want to contribute a single peny for us. If i adk him to do so he use slang language and beat me.I have to do small things of house to construction of house alone. Now i want to get out of this toxic relationship. Please help me.

When you came back to the relationship then did you remarry? If yes then you will have to again file a case for divorce if not then you can simply walk out of that house without telling him anything and lead a separate life

A.You can again file fore contested divorce or if your husband is not providing financial assistance to you and your son you can also file for maintenance under section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code of 1973. Thank you.
