Decreed in terms of compromise Decreed in terms of compromise

The divorce status in ecourt says - "uncontested - decreed in terms of compromise" . Does it always mean that there has been a financial agreement? If there has been no financial settlement , still can be this status updated? Please advise

A.Dear Sir,
It is only summary which is displayed. You have to get certified copy of entire order sheet and orders passed by the Trial Court and you cannot take any conclusive decision in respect of orders passed by the Court.
