Early court date Early court date

Hi
My & my wife filed amendment for mutual divorce by converting 13 1a to 13 b, my wife taken full permanent alimony & she is not appearing in next hearings. We filed memo with supreme court sanitation stating that if wife doesn't appear for second motion & mou was made, divorce can be granted. Now the case stage is consideration of charges.

Unfortunately my date fall on Sunday & judge was on leave, the court staff assigned some rough date to next 3 months.

Now what should I do to bring a closer date for my hearing, without other party presence because she is not coming

Kindly please suggest?
