Divorce - husband is forcing me to take divorce

My husband is forcing me to take divorce through mutual consent, without giving any alimony. My parents are old and we can't fight in the court for years, so please tell us how to proceed with it. He sexually abused me, forced himself on me, because of which I developed health problems, abused my parents. Please guide me.

The victim of domestic violence or any witness of the offence, on her behalf, can file an FIR/complaint with the local police officer, or the protection officer, or service provider, or directly to the Magistrate.
