A.Dear sir
You may go to police station and hand over all the documents and valuables to her and take video of the same and take acknowledgement in writing and attested by two witnesses.

A.Dear Client,
Under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 separation is a ground of Divorce, if the husband and wife have been living separately for more than two years at the time of filing the petition for mutual divorce under Sec.13b of the Act.. With mutual consent, both parties can end their relationship and need not go to court. This type of divorce is perfect for couples who want to move on with their lives but still want some legal protection against future disputes. Even if the spouses are living apart, they are still considered married which is an important consequence and in the absence of a court order, they aren't legally allowed to marry someone else. So, to end the marital relationship a court order is necessary for the annulment of marriage legally valid and enforceable.

A.Dear Client,

If you are looking to return your ex-spouse's belongings and want to ensure there is a record of the transfer, you can consider the following steps:

1. Coordinate Directly: Try to coordinate with your ex-spouse directly. Communication is key, and it's often best if both parties can agree on the terms of returning personal belongings.
2. Choose a Neutral Location: Agree on a neutral and safe location where you can hand over the belongings. This could be a public place or somewhere both parties feel comfortable.
3. Bring a Witness: To ensure there is a record of the exchange, consider bringing a neutral third party as a witness. This could be a mutual friend, family member, or even a neighbor.
4. Create a Simple Written Agreement: You can draft a simple document outlining the details of the belongings being returned, the date, and both parties' signatures. This can serve as evidence that the transfer occurred amicably.
5. Involve Legal Representation: If direct communication is not possible or there are concerns about potential conflicts, you might want to involve legal representation. Your ex-spouse can have their lawyer coordinate the return of belongings with your lawyer.
6. Involve Law Enforcement:
In some cases, it may be appropriate to involve law enforcement, especially if there are safety concerns or if direct communication is not possible. You can contact your local police department and inquire about their procedures for facilitating property exchanges.
