icon What action credit card company can take for non payment?

If i have not paid for credit card outstanding amount. Last 1 year to till date. Also i have not made any Settlement with bank. So what legal action do the credit card company.

A. Dear Sir,
Be informed that it is a purely personal loan and not secured. At the most they can go to the Civil Court or put a case before a Arbitrator and get a decree or award. On the basis of such decree or award they can attach your movables. If you are not intelligent they may also arrest you. But, arrest in civil cases happen only when you refuse to pay having sufficient funds.

Hi.Lodge a missing FIR with the local police and then with a copy of that FIR go to the Bank and request them to issue a duplicate bond to you so that you can redeem the bond when you need otherwise you loose all your investment. The bank may ask you to make an affidavit, if they do so then have an affidavit done for the same.

icon Is this right process?

My father had a little FD before he died. After death, my brother taken signs on the bank paper to take the FD's money and promises to give equal distribution. But, now more than a year has passed b

A. Hi,
Nobody can steal what is properly yours until your father has declared your brother the complete owner. Please investigate who is the candidate for your father's FD funds. He just serves as a custodian, ensuring that the deposit reaches a legal heir. When a depositor dies, the nominee has two options. Keeping the FD till it matures is one possibility.

A. If you have a genuine reason for not paying the loan you could contact the bank and ask for relaxation.
So that bank could extend the time period.

A. Hi,
As per your narration, there might have been a gross deficiency by the bank with regards to the services they offer. You can directly approach the ombudsman and register a complaint there or you have the additional option of filing a complaint against the bank before the consumer forum.
