claiming full fees while dropping out

Challaned / Clamped My Vehicle even when i was present
Sir, I am from Mumbai, Today Traffic cops came and forcefully clamped and challaned my vehicle opp to my shop when i parked. Even when i eas present there they didnt listened and forcefully challaned.

They may still take action even if the owner/driver is present at that time. Usually, they would ask you to change the location of the vehicle instead of penalizing you but some authorities may be more harsh while imposing rules/punishments.

If they concretely promised to give you all those things and provided some sort of document or legal promise that they would provide you with all those things then your claim may invoke legal action. A. You should file a case in consumer forum against the manufacturer and not only seek the cost of the TV but also should seek the good compensation from them for deficiency of product as well as deficiency of service at their ends.

A. Dear Client,
Once an appeal is filed, the petition must contain a request for an interim order staying all proceedings in the trial court, and this is the way it must be done, or the appeal will be rendered moot. And, during the appeal hearing, the first-instance advocate must orally beg for a stay, or the appellate court may fail to issue a stay order. If the appeal court does not issue a stay, the lower court will proceed with its proceedings.
