Web scraping is completely legal if you scrape data publicly available on the internet. But some kinds of data are protected by international regulations, so be careful scraping personal data, intellectual property, or confidential data. It is legal if you are scrapping the data which is publicly available.

A. Dear Client,
A company must pay the full and final settlement of wages within two days of an employee's last working day following their resignation, dismissal or removal from employment and services. And as you said that thee was mention of notice period then you company can't hold your salary. You can proceed for legal action against company.

Such notice is not maintainable and he can't go to any civil court to claim penalty of Rs.35,000/-. U may just ignore such notice and go in search of new job.

A. Dear Sir,
Such Bonds are usually but you should not share any cheques in their favour. It is very hard for them to recover Rs.50,000/- bond amount if you discontinue before 6 months.
