A. Hi,
A person can receive gratuity when he has completed a time period of minimum five years with the organization.
however, if the employee dies before the completion of 5 years or becomes disabled due to an accident or disease, he can receive the gratuity amount. in case of death, the legal heirs of the deceased will be liable to receive the gratuity amount.

A. Hi,

One director of the company cannot remove the other simply( if there are only two directors in a company).

In such a situation, a director can be removed through a resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the company explaining the reasons for removal. Moreover, Company should give intimation to the concerned director about his removal.

A. Hi,
The company cannot arbitrarily fire you. Also, they need to give the notice in writing stating the reasons for firing you. You can file a complaint against your employer for illegal termination of employment.
