A. You need to send them a legal notice through a lawyer asking them to pay all your dues with interest and also can seek compensations from them for delaying all this and causing trauma to you. Incase they do not pay heed to the legal notice then you can file a civil case too.

A. What exactly you want? In case you are not happy with the increment then speak to your manger/employer and tell him that you are not satisfied with the increment and for additional work they can give you more incentive. Hopefully they should look in to that.

A. I guess you are working in a public sector organization. If they have policy of sabbatical then must give you a reason for rejection if not then you will have take it up with the HR and find out a tailored solution for this scenario. A. I can understand you situation as I used to work for SBI which had similar kind of arrangement for foreign postings of the officers. Here are the answers to your question;
1. The bond is legally valid regardless of the process involved as you and the employer both executed it the intention of having it in place
2. The branch might be under runoff but you are supposed to get back to the Indian location after your stint.

Try issuing legal notice to your employer through a lawyer seeking claim and if not replied or complied within 15 days than see if you feel the amount is worth than you may file a money recovery suit in civil Court. I am not sure if you will be able to seek relief from labour commissioner jurisdiction being in different city and freelance won't be included in labour and is more of a contract. Thank you.
