A. 1. No Most of the court make it mandatory to submit 65B Certificate.
2. This is question is not framed in the issue hence the court is not going to deal with this question.
3. The employee has to request the Court to pass an order to get those documents or the employer has to produce in the court.

A. Dear Sir,
You may approach Service Tribunal or High Court to get your grievance redressed. Service rules cannot be changed after your entry which affect your service benefits and you will get all the benefits which you were entitled as on the date of entry into service.

Get issue a strong legal notice and settle your claim. Threaten to approach Civil Court then the employer may come down and settle your claims. The corporates always afraid of Court litigations.

A. First of all you have to take this matter with your union/association who have negotiated these terms with the management and get them renegotiated. If this works fine.
If that does not work then you are left with no choice but to file a case in high court, a writ petition, challenging this new policy as many PSU employees do when the promotion policy are changed in arbitrary manner.

A. What is your question?
In government organization for sure you cannot have dual employment as that is completely prohibited and for private job they make a specific condition in their offer letter that you cannot have two jobs simultaneously. So, this is the way it works.

A. Dear client,
If your father died on duty then you people can get job on compassionate grounds. But you did not mention on what grounds your mother didn't got job on that period. How ever you can approach Highcourt by filing petition through Advocate you may get relief.

It is one of the tactics mostly used by employers. You have two options one is to approach office of Labor Commissioner under Section 12 of ID Act and second option is to get issue a strong legal notice to your employer.

A. Dear Sir, Never share signed blank cheque as it may be used easily against you at any point of time and file a criminal case under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. As regards bond seems to be invalid since scanned signature is not valid etc.,
