A. If you are facing financial constraints to appeal to the Hon'ble Supreme Court then you can approach the Legal Aid Services department of the Supreme Court and they shall provide you a suitable Advocate to fight your case. You can go to this site https://sclsc.nic.in/ and download the application to apply for the legal aid.

A. See here in your case you have defaulted in checking the mails and I understand that it happened due to technology (gmail's ways of filtering the mails). Although it is evident that it is your fault but then you can fight it out in court of law with lot of grit and perseverance.
You should file a case against the Banks and Google (I repeat Google) for filtering your important mail as spam which led to loss of job opportunity for you.
You should hire a very good lawyer to fight this case.

A. Dear client,

You have to file a case from the jurisdiction of your company, you cannot file it via your current jurisdiction.
For the time being, you can send them a legal notice by contacting an advocate. If not agreed then you have to file a suit, from the jurisdiction of your office branch only.

A. Hello Sir
It would he advised to first confirm with the HR department regarding the policy of your college regarding the leaves. If sick leave are covered under Paid leave then you could claim encashment for the same, otherwise not.

A. Dear Sir,
You may approach Central Administrative Tribunal or High Court to solve your problem relating to getting arrears of salary since you are permanent employee. You have to approach chartered accountant to solve your tax problems.

A. Hi,
You can provide HR with a legal notice for their irresponsible action, which is in violation of the initial service contract signed at the time of inclusion. You might enlist the help of other ex-employees and issue HR a joint notice.

A. Dear Sir,
If the present address found on the Aadhaar card is not accepted for any reason then you may produce other KYC details and through your relationship with your deceased father and thus claim PF amount.

A. Dear Sir/ Madam,
Contact office department regarding this as the EPF amount is paid to the nominee that was nominated at the time of initiation of the account. If there was no nominee assigned then the EPF amount is paid to the immediate members of the family.

You can mark the attendance and keep that email instruction with you. You are supposed to follow the instructions and you are marking the attendance through online and not physically so no problem will arise for you.
