A. I can understand you situation as I used to work for SBI which had similar kind of arrangement for foreign postings of the officers. Here are the answers to your question;
1. The bond is legally valid regardless of the process involved as you and the employer both executed it the intention of having it in place
2. The branch might be under runoff but you are supposed to get back to the Indian location after your stint.

A. Try issuing legal notice to your employer through a lawyer seeking claim and if not replied or complied within 15 days than see if you feel the amount is worth than you may file a money recovery suit in civil Court. I am not sure if you will be able to seek relief from labour commissioner jurisdiction being in different city and freelance won't be included in labour and is more of a contract. Thank you.

A. See as you are trying to be fair with the candidate by making him and yourself too liable to pay a penalty in case of non-joining the the candidate. This seems to be fair to me and I would say yes that it should be added to safeguard both parties interest.

A. Hi,
That may not affect your job unless your job agreement mandates it. In case there is an express prohibition of such candidates, it may lead to a problem. However, you can raise objections in case of any such actions. Please contact a lawyer for further advice.

A. Hi,
The case has to be properly studied. If the denial of promotion is because of any department rules or lack of any qualifications, your plea will be irrelevant unless your father is eligible for it. Please contact a lawyer and detail the facts of the case.

A. Hi,
1) You need to check the employment letter/internship letter for the terms and conditions regarding the stipend during internships.
2) If no salary was mentioned, then you are not entitled to get the benefits.
3) If a stipend was promised, then you can send a legal notice to the company and claim your salary.
