A. Dear Client,
What has been done to you is not only illegal but also inhuman. You should send them a strongly worded legal notice through a an Advocate and make them pay all the dues including the salary for the notice period. You need to bring to their notice that they have committed blunder and they need to pay the dues or else you can take legal action against them

A. Dear Client,
Typically after the demise of your father you would have directly taken over his job at the corporation he worked. However, what is different in your case is that the corporation only has been shut down. That is why it is only reasonable to approach the State Government to provide you with an adequate alternative.

Thanks.

You will have to send legal notice to the ex employer with all the details to seek the due salary as well compensation for the same. You can get in touch with a lawyer who would send the notice on your behalf.

A. You need to send them a legal notice through a lawyer asking them to pay all your dues with interest and also can seek compensations from them for delaying all this and causing trauma to you. Incase they do not pay heed to the legal notice then you can file a civil case too.

A. What exactly you want? In case you are not happy with the increment then speak to your manger/employer and tell him that you are not satisfied with the increment and for additional work they can give you more incentive. Hopefully they should look in to that.

A. I guess you are working in a public sector organization. If they have policy of sabbatical then must give you a reason for rejection if not then you will have take it up with the HR and find out a tailored solution for this scenario. Filing a case against the organization is possible but one has to look into many factors.
