I was relieved from my service (resignation accepted) on 7th January to contest state assembly election. I wish to withdraw my resignation. Can I withdraw resignation and join my service?

It is advised to visit a lawyer in such a scenario and send a legal notice to the company regarding non-payment of the promised salary. Even if they does not pay the due amount, then file a case in the civil court regarding the breach of employment contract, which must have been signed between you and the company while joining the company.
