A. Dear client
You are entitled to proportionate variable pay up to last day of active service in the Company which is a standing component of salary. Denial of payment of said component to employee is arbitrary and unjustified on the part of employer.
You may approach to the concerned office of Labour Commissioner for redressal of your grievance.

A. Dear Client

In the absence of any reasonable ground behind short notice tendering resignation from the Company may not be viewed as a good gesture and may affect your career growth in the future. Apart employers can take legal action against you for breach of contract to recover the damages including financial loss caused to them for your sudden resignation. So, if there is no strong reason behind the resignation facing of unwanted consequences can not be ruled out.

A. Dear client
It appears from the attitude and activities of your employer that they are engaged in unfair labour practice.

Reach out to the office of concerned office of Labour Commissioner with your appointment letter and all other relevant papers that prove your complaint against employer or visit the office of Chief Inspector Shops and Establishment if your employer comes under the purview of them for redressal of your grievance.
Hope the steps may work.
