I worked as a part time data entry employee in CWorks i successfully completed my target captcha work last week but yoe i didn't get my salary. And Now they are not taking mt calls and not responding

A. First, do you have valid contract ?
If yes then you first send legal notice through lawyer.
But most of data entry jobs are frauds.
Did you paid anything to start work ?
if yes then thatswhy they are not responding.
You can file cyber crime.
You have to spend more in beginning.

A. No the credentials of a proprietorship does not get transferred with the death of the proprietor. You will have to get them transferred. The problem with proprietorship unlike a partnership or a company is that it ends it with the death of the proprietor and does not have a perpetual life.

A. If there was content which was illegal when you developed that website then you become liable.
Understand this way, If client asks you to buy and bring knife to murder then service provider is also guilty.
if client purchase any simple knife from shop then shopkeeper is not guilty.
