I filed divorce from my wife on the ground of mental cruelty but in the cross I agreed to get my wife back and my wife also said she is ready to back to family. hence the divroce petition dismissed. after that my wife didnt came to family instead she files for maintianance and its still in progress. We are living seperately from past 7 years. Can i again apply divorce on the ground that seperation more than 5 years?pls let me know the chances of winning?

You may file case on ground of desertion stating period ,also breach of earlier as recorded order by court on restitution of conjugal relation.
