A.Hi,
You can file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty. If you could settle the matters amicably then it will be better to get mutual consent divorce. However, if not then you can file for contested divorce as well as maintenance. After establishing cruelty on part of your husband, the Court will grant you divorce and maintenance.

A.Hi,
You will get a divorce based on mental cruelty. It is preferable to have a mutual consent divorce if you can resolve the issues amicably. If not, you can apply for a disputed divorce, and after you can prove your husband's abuse, the court will give you maintenance as well.

A.when you got married ? divorce can not happen within 1 year of marriage.
Mutual divorce is best, easy and fast if he agrees.

else you have to file contested divorce.

ill treating is cruelty and valid ground for divorce.
