I got married in 2018.after engagement whenever I used to talk to her she told me the M going to sleep but once I checked that she was talking to her boyfriend. I caught her then she asked me to ignore and start as fresh, on the day of merriage other boy came and introduced as old boyfriend. Now it was known that she is still in touch with 2-3 boys.
After merriage she does not even liked me Or love me anymore. After 2-3 month asked me to have a baby so that she will give her all the time and forget about her past. She used to fight with me every other day and now my parents are also told that she has started to talk in the bad words. On each and every happy occasion she destroyed extremely even my birthday, our merriage anniversary, family merriage etc. To avoid the effect of fighting on my little boy of 2 years, I never make any arguments but she always telling the bad things about my family and my sisters. Now after being tired of this I have decided to seperate/divorce by getting the help of law. Kindly suggest the possible way to resolve.

The foremost thing to do is to have a session of marriage counseling and try to amicably solve the issue without any interference from the court. However if you feel, you are way past that stage then I suggest filing for a decree for judicial separation as mentioned u/S 10 or filing for divorce u/S 13 of HMA.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.
If you want to go for a judicial separation then file a suit for the same u/S 10 of the HMA. Alternatively, you may also go for divorce as per the grounds u/S 13 of HMA. You can file the suit in the family court of your jurisdiction. Before taking any drastic step, please consider marriage counseling first.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.
