Wife wants to stay back in marriage after filling 498 and DV
2 years ago
My wife and I had decided to seperate , My wife had put false DV and False 498 under influence of her parents after we closed the discussion 8 months back. My wife had put several allegiation on me and my family in 498 and DV - 6 months back. Nothing has happened till date in both cases. I HAVE INTURN APPLIED FOR DIVORCE UNDER CRUELTY. ( MY KIDS ARE WITH ME)
NOW WIFE CALLS ME AND SAYS CAN WE STAY TOGETHER? LETS MAKE OUR LIFES BETTER ETC BY BEING TOGHTER AFTER ALL THIS.
WHAT IS REASON FOR SUCH BEHAVIOUR CHANGE? AND WHAT SHOULD BE MY APPROACH TO COMMUNICATE AS I WISH NOT TO CONTINUE WITH THE MARRIAGE?
A.Dear Sir,
You cannot understand the mentality of a woman. First get withdraw both cases and try to lead renewed happy married life.

A.Hi,
I would suggest you wait for the case of divorce before the court be solved first and only then take any further action. Later in life, if divorce is not an option for you both then you can also go for judicial separation u/S 10 HMA.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.

A.Hi,
With due respect, we cannot intrude into personal lives however, every matter can be solved amicably at some point even after heightened escalation. Let the matter before the court be adjudicated first.

A.See marriage is a complicated relationship where you will have all kind of taste ranging from bitterness to sweetness. But there is lot of beauty in this relationship and should not be brought to and end just like that. Also as you have kids so. you can give a second thought to it then decide. After all its your life.
In case she is very serious about it then ask her to withdraw all the case and then you can also get the criminal cases quashed at the High Court.
