A.Hello,
Ma'am, don't be afraid; Indian laws will protect and assist you in protecting your interest in your in-laws. You have a number of options for redressing your issues, including contacting the women's commission or going to the nearest police station and filing an FIR under the Indian Penal Code for mental harassment and cruelty. In addition, there are a number of NGOs working to redress the problems faced by women relating to domestic violence so you can approach any person for redressal.
Thank you very much.

A.Audio , video recordings, mobile call recordings are admissible in evidence in Court . Please take note that if those recorded conversations contain any threat by you to cause harm to your husband and in-laws,then your husband on the ground of criminal intimidation can lodge FIR before the local Police Station and can file a case against you for u/s 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860( as amended up to date)claiming that you threatens him to hurt himself or his family or property.

If mental and/or physical torture have been done upon you by your husband and in laws, then it is necessary on your part to lodge FIR u/s 498A of Indian Penal Code, 1860( as amended up to date) as well as to take step against the domestic violence.
