I have got couple of audio recordings where she has said she is single and divorced. In court its still in Conjugal rights filed by me. She is asking alimony of huge amount for mutual divorce. Can this evidence avoid me paying alimony?

A.Hello
In sabse aap proceeding me objection le sakte hai.
But maintenance lena ek alag procedure hai.
Jab divorce diya jaata hai tab ek settlement kiya jaata hai jiske liye husband ki or se ek must dhanrashi di jaati hai. Jo uske life maintenance ke liye hoti hai.
Isliye agar aap ke dawara usko aisi koi dhanrashi nhi di gai hai tab aap ko pay karni hogi.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
There is hardly a chance to disturb the process while depositing these facts since alimony calculation depends on many other elements.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
Deciding alimony is usually a systematically calculated procedure and it takes into consideration a number of criteria however this audio clip has hardly any potentials of disturbing those criterias.

A.Not exactly as that statement of her given in some online mode or somewhere does not mean that she is saying all this on oath or in the court during the examination or cross-examination. You can take little benefit of these points and your lawyer needs to use them appropriately in the court in your faavour.

A.Dear Sir,
You may insist for disposing of Section 9 of HMA Act. Such audio recordings may be used by you during evidence. If you drag on the proceedings then your wife may come to compromise and settle the matter with meager amount of alimony.
