श्रीमान Regards. मैं प्राईवेट बहुत कम राशि पर नौकरी करता हूँ ।मेरी शादी 2017 मे हुई । मैंने दहेज मे कुछ नहीं लिया । केवल पत्नी के नाम पर उसके पिताजी ने दो लाख दिए जो अभी भी FD बैंक मे है । मेरे पिताजी ने हमें अलग से रहने के लिए मकान दिया । पत्नी रोज झगड़ा करती थी खाना बनाना नहीं आता था केवल खिचडी बनाती थी । Nov,2019 को झगडा करके अपने भाई के साथ अपने मायके चली गई । पत्नी MA B.ED. है प्राईवेट स्कूल मे टीचर है । उसने महिला सेल मे भी शिकायत की, लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ एवं लिखकर पुलिस को बताया कि वह मेरे साथ नहीं रहना चाहती एवं तलाक चाहती है । फिर उसने दो केस घरेलू हिँसा के फाईल किए लेकिन दोनों केस dismiss हो गये । फिर एक केस maintainance का फाईल किया लेकिन करोना के कारण आजतक तारीख नहीं लगी । लेकिन divorce का केस आजतक फाईल नहीं किया । पत्नी का कोई बच्चा नहीं है । दो साल हो गये, अपने मायके मे रहती है । कोई फिजिकल रिस्ता नहीं है । बहुत मानसिक तनाव है । आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया सलाह दिजिए कि पत्नी से किन किन grounds पर आसानी से डिबोर्स हो जाय । आभारी रहूंगा ।

Following are the grounds on which you can file for divorce against your wife under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955:
1. Desertion: Since your wife has abandoned you and left the marital home without any reasonable justification , and has not fulfilled the marriage obligations.
2. Mental Cruelty: Since your wife made false allegations against you, constantly demanded for money and denied you a physical marital relationship

A.चूँकि आपकी पत्नी आपको छोड़कर चली गया है तो आप तलाक के लिए ये सब ग्राउंड इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं;
1 Desertion यानि की घर छोड़कर चले जाना
2 Cruelty यानि की क्रूरता
इन दोनों पर आप तलाक का केस कर सकते हैं और आपको आसानी से तलाक मिल जायेगा
