how to prove that my wife is cheating on me with only chats as proof. Actually my wife used to work in jewllery shop 1 year before marriage. She likes his colleague because i came to know through her facebook chats where she proposed him.Actually her two elder sisters eloped and did love marriage. But with their parents force she agreed for arranged marriage with me (physically handicapped).But even after marriage she used to be in contact with him over phone in front of me chat with different names and meet him personally. Once i revealed her affair to our family members. They have decided to remove phone from her.But she could not stay for 1day without phone and threatened me that she will suicide if i will not drop her at house. After going to her house she is complaining that we have cheated her by hiding my disability and she wants divorce. But everything was told before marriage and also we have marriage photos where my disability is clearly visible. Now again she started working working in jewellery shop and recently i came to know that her boyfriend married other girl. I have filed annulment petition12 1 c on my wife 7months ago for cheating me and exploiting financially. Right now court proceedings are going on in mediation stage. Her lawyer is telling that we have cheated my wife by hiding my disability. I have submitted whatsapp chats and also prewedding and wedding photos while filing petition.Can i avoid alimony and win case?
