I heard my wife and her mother saying they would be happy if my parents die, while confronting my wife never denied it and started threatening me with suicide, started hitting her head to cupboard and wall. After that I had to send her to her parents, as it was too much to take for me. As there is no mistake of mine, how much safe am I under law, or am I in danger, have recorded videos of what happened
You may apply for divorce or mutual divorce. All those proofs will help you out in your defense. You must visit a lawyer for better support and guidance.
