A.Dear Client
You must file a complaint in the local police station for cruelty, dowry and domestic violence. Or you may also file for divorce and seek maintenance. However, the custody of the child after divorce will depend upon the consent of the child or on the court's decision after perusing all the facts and arguments of the case.
Thanks

A.You should immediately take legal action against your husband and in laws since you have all the rights for accommodation in your matrimonial house especially when it has been built using own finance only. You need to consult an advocate as early as possible for taking the right decision as soon as possible for safeguarding the rights of you and your minor daughter.
