Divorce -husband has always tortured me

I’m 41 year old women with two children son 17 and daughter 10. My husband has always tortured me linking me with different people and abused me verbally. He is not willing to give divorce but is staying in my parents house manipulating them for property.

A.If you want to file for divorce then you can and if he is not providing you financial support you can also file maintenance case against him under section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for claiming monthly maintenance. Thank you.
