Divorce-male married in june 2008

I am male married in june 2008 but due to her nature and i did a second marrige in may 2009 without informing that i was married but my first wife filed a case for my second marraige in 2010 and my second marraige was declared as null and void in 2013 but as i still live with my second wifeand my first wife lived at my parental house my first wife has took all the money and every thing after my parents have died and went back to her brothers house recently ,now i want to file a divorce case can i do so ?

A.Yes you are entitled to file Divorce against your first wife because until and unless you get Divorce from your first wife from the competent Court of Law, your present relationship can only be considered as live in and any child born in such situation will be considered as illegitimate.
