A. If you have got the receipt for the service taken by the shopkeeper then you can move the consumer forum for faulty services and get some relief from the forum otherwise it will be a futile exercise.

A. They will give you points every year for paying annual fees which is almost equal to annual fees.
but if you still not happy then stop using the card.
Complain to bank .
File a complaint in Banking Ombudsman (It is useless in my lot of experiences)

A. when you got policy why you not read it ?
you had 15 days to return policy if it was mis-selling by agent.
you can file FIR for fraud on agent but police will not take it. so you have to file private case.

A. Hi,
You can complain to the consumer court for any deficiency in service and the court fee for valuation of goods under 5 lakh is nil. But also remember that the case would not be readily disposed of as the court takes around 90-150 days to settle a dispute.
