A. you did mistake by accepting money in your account.
you transferred to your friend is immaterial.
You and your friend is 1 entity now.

verbal agreement with money is valid but it is civil case.
She have to prove that your friend not completed work as agreed.
Your friend and you have to prove that work was completed as agreed.

But threatening to HR is blackmailing.
HR have nothing to do what people do outside office.
so you can file even FIR on her.

Your company while accepting your resignation has acknowledged the bonus due therefore they are liable for payment. You may consider sending a legal notice first and then file a suit for recovery of money before the court of civil judge.
