A. Hi,
Send a legal notice first asking them to pay all the pending dues. If they don't, file a case for recovery of dues in the labor court/industrial tribunal against the company.

A. Hi,
The company only pays gratuity and pf benefits to the employees are on the roll of the company. Therefore, the company will deny any claim of benefit as the father in law was given cash in hand.

Send a legal notice immediately.
