First start with sending the legal notice through a lawyer.
If still not paid then contact all other employees.
Then all of you post your notices on social media.
Once parents will come to know of such behaviors of such fraud school, there will be change.

If they still insist then send legal notice though lawyer.
After that also they dont budge then you dont have choice but to deposit.
being public sector bank having public money, bank will take 3 months notice money from curt even if they have to spend amount more than that. So ultimately you have to pay and can not escape.

Since only 10 days are left you should provide HR with proof of you being treated badly and harassed. If the issue does not resolve, send them a legal notice and then approach the Labour Commission.

A. Hi,
Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, to provide protection for the working women against sexual harassment only. Therefore, if there is any harassment that is sexual in nature then you can file a complaint under PoSH Law. Wage cuts and over time can be dealt with legally but for threats and bullying, you will have to approach higher authorities or internal committees or HR.
