Hi, My employer and I signed an employee agreement on 14 March, 2020. But the employer deducted a salary of 35% for 12 months. Now I want to leave the company and not serve the notice period (6 months

A. yes you can but you might not get experience letter because companies use it to blackmail employees.
6 months notice is usually at high management level.

But what was the ground of salary deduction? It was due to Corona and it was informed ?

First resign and claim 35% deduction reason and if it doesnt solve then you can send legal through an advocate.
