After that you can proceed with legal recourse with compensation.

My employment offer states: "After completion of probationary period and confirmation of employment, if you voluntarily resign from the services of the Company, you will be required to give sixty days

Under law, it is mandatory to serve notice before resignation, unless your employer has waived this requirement. You can serve one month's notice, and then forfeit your salary for the other month in lieu of this notice. You will then be free to take up employment elsewhere.

It is advisable to file a complaint under various provisions of labor laws made for the mental harassment at workplace against your boss or the company. This way you'll not have to complete your notice period and it will also help you to get appropriate compensation for being harassed by the employer.
