A. Hi,
You don't need to return the headset as you are told by the company agent not to return it at the time of delivery. He is the agent of the company and the company has liability upon it.

A. Hi,
You can sue the company in the consumer court and ask for compensation. If you have any other losses pursuant to the purchase, you can claim that too from the company.

Sir it would be advised to send a legal notice to the company to claim back your refund. Also check the agreement you have signed with company to get a better understanding regarding the terms and conditions with company you have agreed upon while taking subscription.

A. Your husband cannot make you ci-applicant unless and untill you have not consented to be co-applicant and untill you have not signed the required bank forms. Report the matter to police complaining fraud caused by your husband and thereafter write to bank citing the fraud with request to delete your name. You can also file suit for declaration, mandatory and permanent injunction against bank and your husband.

A. Firstly get issued a proper legal notice demanding the maturity amount of deposit and if notice is not complied then it would be deficiency in service making you eligible to file consumer complaint and also to claim damages.
