A. You can file case against pantajali and co respondent shop owner jointly under consumer protection act. You may get issue a strong legal notice and file consumer case. You may not get any remedy before Lok Adalath under pre-litigation process. You may approach Consumer Court and claim compensation for mental torture also.

First exhaust the remedy in RERA and if for any reason you cannot get relief then approach Consumer forum. To approach RERA there are some conditions to be satisfied like putting the proposed property on the RERA website etc.

You may get issue a legal notice and cancel such deal or else ask him to canvas for getting loan for you. Your proposal to cancel the loan is based upon a well grounded reason and he cannot deny.
