A. Take pictures where the plastic is clearly visible. Also place a national newspaper of the date on which you found the biscuit behind the biscuit and click pictures for evidence purposes.
First send them a legal notice for compensation on grounds of deficiency of services. If they do not reply or take action, you can file a consumer case with the district consumer forum. These type of cases are quite common and the district forum after inquiry gives sufficient compensation.
