A. Dear Client,
An appointment on probation is an appointment on a trial basis. If the employee feels that the role is not for him, or he was offered alternate employment, it is perfectly acceptable to quit during the probation period. When a condition is stipulated in your contract of employment specifying that you have to serve 90 days notice period, in case you tender resignation, you need to serve your notice period if you want to leave your company during the probation period.

A. Dear Client,
A contractual and fixed-term employee is governed by the contract of employment. If your letter of appointment makes you eligible to get that allowance, you may approach accordingly to the concerned authority for disbursement of hardship allowance payable under the 7th CPC Rules. Usually, risk and hardship allowance is available to defense personnel, Railways, Air force, employees attached to disaster management etc. who are on permanent roles of the deptt.
