A. 1. Need to go through your Appointment letter.
2. Training expenses need to be proved apart from imparting too by the employer.
3. Better to serve notice period or have a smooth handover to your boss.

As you accepted the offer it becomes your obligation to fulfil it, and if you cannot join them, you must convey it to them and must try to solve the matter mutually.
