A. Hello Teacher,

On the above details I found that you have not completed 20 years service in Municipal corporation. You have completed only 18 years service in Municipal corporation and if you adde your service in Zilla Parishads then same will entitle to pension benefits. Hope this is correct. You can do one things issue a notice to the corporation claiming your pension then we can see how they respond to it.

you must send them a legal notice asking them to return your original certificates and also claim damages from them. if they do not return your certificates even after legal notice than file a civil suit for mandatory injunction against the college administration.

A. legally the gratuity is due on the completion of 5 years of continues service as you have joined on 17th may 2013 the five year will complete on 16th May 2018 for the eligibility of gratuity. So you will not get any gratuity payment as per law.
